The industrial wastewater and oily waste purification systems are intended to purify:
- oily waste (to remove petroleum products, suspended matter, synthetic surfactants, oils, fats and [partially] organic impurities);
- storm sewage water from industrial sites, petrol-filling stations, motor transport bases, parking areas, petroleum storage depots;
- wastewaters coming from the rolling stock washing plants, washers at cargo handling terminals, and motor vehicle washing installations (including those furnished with the recirculating water supply facilities allowing the water to be re-used up to five times in the washing cycle and thus significantly reducing the water consumption);
- food industry processing wastewaters from meat processing and dairy factories, fish processing plants and confectionaries;
- ship bilge water at the sea- and river ports.
Advantages offered by the system include its compact size, efficient purification, operational reliability and low maintenance costs. The stations provide a purification capacity rate of 1.0 - 100 cubic meters per hour.
Depending on the sewage/wastewater type and the requirements regarding the purified water properties, the oily wastewater purification process may be performed either with or without chemical agents (coagulating agents, flocculating agents). The systems are intended to be operated in the indoor industrial premises with an air temperature of not less than +5°C. We deliver the equipment in the purpose-built block-containers, or install it on worksite into the rack-and-panel structure based prefabricated buildings.
